It has been previously clarified that the present conditions govern sales of all Resille items. These conditions apply with the exception of a few other conditions, especially for the current sales in shop.

ARTICLE 1 - PRICE

• 1.1/ The prices of our products are indicated in euros (VAT included) except expedition / delivery fees (see Delays and costs). All discounts are systematically indicated on the index card of the item.
• 1.2/ In case of an order made towards a country other France you become importer of the concerned product(s). Customs tax or other local tax such as import and State tax may be due.
• 1.3/ These rights and sums are not under the control nor decided by Resille.fr. They will be at your charge and will be your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the relevant authorities and institutions of your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
• 1.4/ All the orders whatever their origins are payable in euros. Products will be charged on the basis of the current price list at the time of the recording of the orders. Products remain the property of Resille.fr until the complete payment is done.

ARTICLE 2 – ORDERS

ARTICLE 3 – VALIDATION

• 3.1/ You declare to have acquainted and accepted the general conditions of sale before confirming your order. The validation of your order is under acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
• 3.2/ The data registered by Resille.fr as well as by Paypal/Caisse d'epargne, in the payment process by Paypal or Caisse d'epargne, constitutes the proof of deals made between Resille.fr and its customers.

ARTICLE 4 – AVAILABILITY

• 4.1/ Our offers and prices are valid for the month, within the limits of available stocks.
• 4.2/ For the products that are not stored in our warehouses, our offers remain valid subject to the availability at our suppliers. Indications on the availability of products will be given to you after your order has been confirmed. This information coming directly from our suppliers, errors or modifications may exceptionally exist. In the eventuality of the unavailability of a product after confirmation of your order, you will be immediately informed by e-mail at reception of the information received from our suppliers. Your order will automatically be cancelled and you will be reimbursed if the money has already been drawn from your bank account.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY

• 5.1/ Products are delivered to the address of delivery which you indicated during the process of order.
• 5.2/ The period indicated on page " confirmation of order " is usually an average period and correspond to the time of treatment of expedition, to which is added the period of routing.
• 5.3/ When you order several products at the same time and when these have different delivery times, the period of expedition of the order is based on the longest delay.
• 5.4/ However, Resille.fr has the right to split the expeditions. But customer will only be charged for a single shipment.
• 5.5/ Resille.fr cannot be responsible of the consequences due to a delay of routing.
• 5.6/ Any parcel which is not sent within the 30 days following the date of the order will be cancelled, unless it has been stipulated and announced in the sales offer.
• 5.7/ In case of delay of expedition, an e-mail will be sent to you. In that case, and as long as the product is not sent, you can always cancel your order and ask for a refund.
• 5.8/ We also invite you to regularly check the follow-up of your order and to call the Customer service for any question or in case of problem.
• 5.9/ In case of payment by credit card, the indicated period is an average time and corresponds to the delivery time and routing time for shipments to France and Monaco.

ARTICLE 7 – SECURITY

• 7.1/ Payment process via Paypal and by Caisse d'Epargne are protected by a security system of encoding SSL
• 7.2/ We also have strengthened the process of encoding to protect most effectively possible every payment procedure.

ARTICLE 8 – SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED

• 8.1/ You have 7 days at the reception of the parcel to return the items that would not be convenient to you.
• 8.2/ The expenses of return will be then at your charge. Only the bought product(s) itself will be reimbursed.
• 8.3/ All returns are to send to : SARL ENCHANTRESS (SERVICE INTERNET), 53 rue tapis vert 13001 MARSEILLE. in their original packaging, in good state, and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. Incomplete, damaged returned items will not be taken back.

ARTICLE 9 – PRODUCTS CONFORMITY

• 9.1/ We assure you that exchanges will be made for apparently defective, damaged items or those which will not correspond to your order. Thank you for stating it in a detailed mail and to send back the mentioned items. Resille.fr will proceed, according to your choice, in the exchange or in the refund of the product(s). The request must be made within15 days following the delivery. Any complaint formulated after this deadline will not be accepted.
• 9.2/ We will reimburse you the shipment fare on the basis of the price list as well as the return cost. In any case, you will benefit from the legal guarantee clauses especially the one relative latent defects. However, this will not prevent you from benefiting from the law of retraction (satisfied or reimbursed) mentioned in article 8.

ARTICLE 10 – REIMBURSEMENT

• 10.1/ The refunds of products in the case mentioned in articles 8 and 9 will be made within 15 days after reception of the products by our services.
• 10.2/ The refund will be made whether by wire transfer onto your bank account or by company check sent in the name of the customer who has placed the order and to the address of invoicing. No cash on delivery will be accepted.

The responsibility of Resille.fr will not be engaged in case of disregard of the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities the possibilities of import or use of our products.
